Besides just adjusting our hours of service, and putting a renewed emphasis on cleanliness, we are now offering off-site test drives so customers can still get a first-hand experience in a car to help them find the right one.
How to Schedule a Remote Test Drive at Cardenas BMW
Scheduling a remote test drive starts with a call or a click. To schedule your test drive, call the sales department at (956) 609-6440 or fill out the “Schedule a Test Drive” form on this page and include in the comments section that you would like to test drive at a different location than the dealership.
Off-site test drives are offered to encourage social distancing and to keep occupancy at the dealership low for everyone’s health. We also offer remote test driving to help people who can’t make it to the dealership still have the same opportunity to get behind the wheel of a BMW.
When you schedule a test drive, you will need to specify a time and a location where you would like the vehicle to be delivered. For example, if you would like to meet a salesperson at your workplace or outside your home to test drive a car, you can indicate such if that location isn’t outside of our dealership’s area of service.
Test drive vehicles are cleaned and sanitized before and after your test drive to ensure the safest possible environment during the global pandemic. All sales staff have been instructed to practice social distancing during all interactions and to avoid handshakes and all other forms of physical contact during this time.
If you have other questions, be sure to ask a member of the sales staff for more details. Call the sales department between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM on weekdays, and between 7:30 AM and 3:00 PM on Saturdays. The dealership is closed on Sundays.
